How I Experiment
The philosophy behind the lab — not random tinkering, but structured exploration.
Time-Boxed
Every experiment has a time limit (2h, 1 day, 1 week). Prevents rabbit holes. Forces scope discipline.
Hypothesis-Driven
Each experiment starts with a falsifiable hypothesis. "Can X do Y within Z constraints?" Not "Let me play with X."
Documented
Every experiment gets a log: hypothesis, method, results, code, screenshots, decision. Failed experiments are as valuable as successful ones.
Reusable
Successful patterns graduate to skills. Code becomes components. Workflows become templates. Nothing stays in the lab forever.
